The Beginnings of My Capstone Site

For my Capstone site, I am repurposing some of the code I'd written for my VanDerlip Award application. Today, I created a new Github repository and got it up and running. Then, I added my existing ArtWalk page code and started making a few edits to it in order to make it work better for Capstone use. I'll continue to do this throughout the rest of Week 5, but I feel I'm off to a solid start. I'm thankful to have had a reason to get started on an ArtWalk page before I needed it for Capstone this week, as it will hopefully allow me to have a smoother time creating my Capstone site. Below, I'm including a very basic wireframe of the pattern my main Capstone page will follow. Right now, I have the topics and imagery moving from Hook, Problem Statement, and Description to Research (I'm going to add more about my synthesized data and findings), followed by tools, Logo Process, Style Guide Elements (this will evolve into something meatier as I continue my work on the brand guide), prototype process, subject matter expert feedback (have yet to add this), and prototype (including video walk-throughs which will probably be replaced as I continue to make edits in Figma). I'll also include a section at the end of what might be next for ArtWalk. The top nav will include links to my main page, progress platform, research archive (right now it's a Google doc as a placeholder but I'll probably code an actual page later), and email. I suspect much of the content here will evolve as I continue to receive feedback and work on various aspects of my project, but having a good start at having some of it categorized and in place helps me know where to put the new stuff as it is ready.
